Booking
How do I book a transfer with TransferMorocco?
Select your route and vehicle on our transfers page, then click the WhatsApp button to send us your booking details. We confirm your reservation within minutes during operating hours (6 AM - 10 PM).
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June to September). However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings when vehicles are available. Contact us on WhatsApp for availability.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
No deposit is required. You pay the full amount on the day of your transfer, either in cash or by prior arrangement via bank transfer.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Once we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, you will receive a message with your driver's name, vehicle details, pickup time, and our contact number for the day of travel.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or Euros upon pickup. For advance bookings, we can also arrange bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted directly.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
All our prices are per vehicle, not per person. You can share the cost among your group. For example, our Agadir to Marrakech day trip in a 7-place minivan is 3,500 DH total, regardless of how many passengers (up to 7) are on board.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No. The price you see on our website is the price you pay. Fuel, tolls, and all road expenses are included. There are no hidden fees, surge pricing, or extra charges.
Can I pay in Euros?
Yes, we accept Euros at a fair exchange rate. Contact us on WhatsApp before your trip to confirm the Euro amount for your transfer.
Vehicles
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We operate two types of vehicles: 7-place minivans for small groups and families, and 17-place minibuses for larger groups. All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and commercially insured. Learn more on our about page.
Do the vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with fully functioning air conditioning, which is essential for comfortable travel in Morocco, especially during summer months.
How much luggage space is available?
Our 7-place minivans have ample boot space for one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. The 17-place minibus has a large luggage compartment for the entire group. If you have oversized items, let us know when booking.
Are child seats available?
Child seats can be arranged on request at no extra charge. Please mention this when booking so we can have the appropriate seat ready for you.

What routes do you cover?
Our most popular routes include Agadir to Marrakech day trips, Agadir to Marrakech airport transfers, and Casablanca to Marrakech. We also serve Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Taroudant, and Tiznit. Contact us for custom routes.
How long is the drive from Agadir to Marrakech?
The drive from Agadir to Marrakech takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours (260 km) via the main road through the Atlas foothills. Day trips depart early and return in the evening, giving you a full day in Marrakech.
Can I do a round trip in the same day?
Yes, our day trip packages are designed for same-day round trips. For example, the Agadir to Marrakech day trip includes pickup in the morning, a full day in Marrakech, and return to Agadir in the evening.
Can we make stops along the route?
Yes, your driver can make reasonable stops along the way for photos, restroom breaks, or refreshments. For day trips, we recommend keeping stops brief to maximize your time at the destination.
Do you offer Marrakech to Agadir transfers too?
Yes, all our routes work in both directions at the same price. Whether you need Agadir to Marrakech or Marrakech to Agadir, the price is the same. Contact us on WhatsApp to book.
Guide Services
Can I add a guide to my day trip?
Yes, for our Agadir to Marrakech day trip you can add an English-speaking guide for 4,500 DH total instead of 3,500 DH for the vehicle only. The guide accompanies you throughout the day and provides cultural and historical context.
What languages do the guides speak?
Our guides speak English and French fluently. Some guides also speak Spanish, German, and Arabic. Let us know your language preference when booking.
What does the guide show us in Marrakech?

Policies
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Contact us on WhatsApp to cancel or reschedule.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can change your pickup time, pickup location, or number of passengers free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Changes within 48 hours depend on vehicle availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport transfers, we monitor your flight schedule and adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge. If your flight is significantly delayed, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll rearrange your transfer.
Are your vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles carry full commercial insurance, including third-party liability and passenger coverage. We comply with all Moroccan transport regulations and hold the required operating licences. Learn more on our about page.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, all our drivers speak English and French. Some also speak Arabic, Spanish, and German. If you have a specific language preference, let us know when booking.
What if I have a complaint or issue during my transfer?
Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. If anything goes wrong during your transfer, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can also email us after your trip.
